These terms govern your TokLoom account, purchase, and use of the desktop app. By creating an account or purchasing TokLoom, you agree to them.

1. The product and license

TokLoom is a Windows creator application for producing music videos and animated episodes. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable lifetime license to the version you purchased and updates we make available under this license. You may activate it on up to 3 computers you own or control.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

3. What you may not do

You may not share or sell your account, resell licenses, redistribute the app or installer, bypass activation limits, or use TokLoom to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or revoke licenses involved in fraud, sharing, redistribution, or deliberate abuse.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, scripts, characters, audio, images, and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use and publish that content, including music, likenesses, and generated material.

5. Local models and optional providers

TokLoom can use local models and third-party services you choose to connect. Those services have their own terms, usage costs, safety rules, and privacy practices. You are responsible for your provider accounts and API usage; TokLoom does not include third-party usage fees.

6. Payments, immediate delivery, and final sales

Payments are processed by Stripe. TokLoom is downloadable digital software delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout, you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, your cancellation or withdrawal right ends when delivery begins.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, lack of use, dissatisfaction with generated results, hardware or software requirements disclosed before purchase, or after you download, activate, use, or create content with TokLoom. This policy does not limit any remedy that cannot legally be waived.

7. Updates and availability

We may improve, replace, or retire individual features as hardware, operating systems, model licenses, and third-party services evolve. We aim to keep TokLoom useful and compatible, but cannot promise every external model or provider will remain available forever.

8. Warranty and liability

TokLoom is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every generated result will be accurate, lawful, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular platform. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for TokLoom.
