Privacy Policy

TokLoom is designed as a local-first creator tool. Your projects and media stay on your computer unless you deliberately send a request to a cloud provider you connected.
1. Information we store
We store your account email, display name, purchase and license status, and an identifier for each activated computer. Supabase provides account authentication, and we cannot see your password. Stripe processes payments; your full card details never touch our servers.
2. What stays on your computer
Your songs, lyrics, prompts, scripts, characters, reusable series data, imported artwork, model files, drafts, and rendered videos stay on your computer when you use local engines. TokLoom does not upload these files to our website for storage.
3. What the desktop app sends to TokLoom
The app contacts TokLoom services to sign you in, verify your license, manage device activations, check for updates, and download approved releases. We do not use the desktop app to collect advertising profiles or sell personal data.
4. Optional cloud providers
If you connect a cloud writer, image, music, or voice provider, the prompts or media required for that request are sent directly to the provider you selected. Their privacy policy and retention rules apply. TokLoom stores provider credentials using operating-system-protected storage where supported and does not place those credentials inside your episode files.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses the session storage needed to keep you signed in and complete account or checkout actions. We do not include third-party ad trackers. Stripe and Supabase may set strictly necessary data for payment, fraud prevention, and authentication under their own policies.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and purchase records while your license is active and as required for tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email us from your account address. Deleting an account may prevent future license verification and downloads, so we will explain the effect before completing the request.
7. Security and changes
We use reputable authentication and payment providers and limit the data TokLoom needs. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate.
